Project Description

The project aims to create an innovative Intelligent B2B Platform that ensures a new level of business efficiency through automated contract management, advanced auction mechanisms, and cost optimization. The development builds on Fluenta Europe Kft.’s two decades of professional experience and the recently developed, AI-ready Fluenta One platform, which already offers hyperautomation capabilities as a core service. The Intelligent B2B Platform further develops this solid foundation into a solution integrating blockchain and AI technologies. The platform enables full optimization of the value chain, transcending traditional business negotiations.

Novelty of Intangible Assets Under Development

The system combines blockchain technology, smart contracts, and AI-based optimization through the following innovative components:

1. Private Blockchain and Smart Contract System: A blockchain infrastructure with a unique consensus mechanism that enables the automated creation and lifecycle management of tamper-proof smart contracts. Innovative element: Automatic verification of contract fulfillment without human intervention.
2. Advanced Auction Mechanisms and AI Optimization: Multi-round, dynamic pricing, combinatorial auctions optimized by artificial intelligence. Innovative element: A combination of machine learning and game theory for multi-party value creation.
3. Smart Contract Trigger Management and Cloud-Native Architecture: An event-driven architecture for automatic contract activation and blockchain-microservice integration. Innovative element: Secure communication channel between external data sources and the blockchain.

The system is implemented as a scalable, modular SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, requiring only standard cloud services without the need for additional specialized hardware.

The investment enhances our efficiency and improves our competitiveness. The development is taking place in Budapest at Bartók Béla út 43-47.

The development of the planned system will have a positive impact on cash flow, profitability, and corporate stability. Beside higher revenues, maintaining existing fixed costs results in improved profitability.

The project was implemented with the support of the European Union and co-financed by the Hungarian state.
